WE SEE JESUS AS HOPE THAT …
GOD IS Present In My Life
v. 3 “According to [God’s] great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope …” (esv)
v. 8 “… even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy …” (niv)
GOD IS Protecting My Faith
v. 5 “You are being guarded by God’s power through faith for a salvation that is ready to be revealed in the last time.” (csb)
v. 6 “… even though now for a short time … you suffer grief in various trials …” (csb)
2 Corinthians 4.16 “… we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day.” (esv)
GOD IS Remaking My Heart
