OUR BOAST IN God’s Call That Humbles Us
v. 26 “Consider your calling, brothers …” (esv)
v. 29 “… no human being might boast in the presence of God.” (esv)
vv. 27–28 “God chose what is foolish in the world … God chose what is weak … God chose what is low and despised in the world, even things that are not, to bring to nothing things that are …” (esv)
v. 30 “… Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, righteousness and sanctification and redemption …” (esv)
v. 31 “Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord.”(esv)
OUR TRUST IN God’s Power That Holds Us
