Ellie oversees all children’s educational programs including Sunday School, Discipleship Training, Missions activities and Vacation Bible School. Ellie attended Georgetown College and graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. After serving as a clinical pharmacist at Deaconess Hospital for 10 years, she sensed the call to ministry and has served children and families at HFBC since 1999. Her passions include helping children love the Lord and His word and helping parents fulfill their role as the primary spiritual influencers of their children. ‘Miss Ellie’ as she is known to most everyone and her husband, Marty, have attended HFBC since childhood and have two adult children, Lily and Marty Jr.
